JAAS & TTI celebrate topping-out ceremony for THE FLÂNEUR residential project
Berlin-based project developer and real estate investor JAAS is celebrating the topping-out ceremony for THE FLÂNEUR residential project in Berlin-Moabit together with its joint venture partner TTI Group. Located not far from the Spree River at Dortmunder Straße 14, the property will offer around 2,030 square meters of living space spread across a total of 19 residential units.
The majority of the condominiums, ranging in size from 44 to 324 square meters, have already been sold. Sales were handled by JAAS, while Berlin-based architectural firm NÖFER Architekten was responsible for planning the new construction project. The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2024.
Alexander Scheinin, managing partner of JAAS: "We are delighted to be able to celebrate the completion of the shell construction together with our guests and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the construction workers and contractors involved. Thanks to the excellent cooperation of all those involved, our THE FLÂNEUR project is right on schedule. By the end of 2023, we will have created modern living space on the beautiful Bundesratufer that, like all JAAS projects, meets the highest quality standards and at the same time blends harmoniously into the Wilhelminian-style Westfälisches Viertel district." Once completed, the building will have five floors and a penthouse floor. The high-quality interior design with a modern fitted kitchen by SieMatic, bathroom fittings by Falper, and furnishing services by minimum round off the modern living experience for future residents. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, and some are directly accessible by elevator.
With ceiling heights of over three meters, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an overall concept inspired by the Wilhelminian era, the A+ energy efficiency class property combines the advantages of a new building with the charm of classic old buildings. In addition, future residents will have access to twelve underground parking spaces and a small vehicle parking space, including options for e-mobility.
