Construction begins on THE FLÂNEUR
JAAS develops residential project in Berlin-Moabit
Berlin-based project developer and real estate investor JAAS has begun structural work on the residential project THE FLÂNEUR at Dortmunderstraße 14. Located in Berlin's Moabit district, the new construction project comprises around 2,030 square meters of living space, spread across a total of 19 residential units. The condominiums, designed according to plans by Berlin-based architectural firm NÖFER Architekten, will range in size from 44 to 324 square meters and feature modern room concepts. The project is being realized in cooperation with the TTI Group, with JAAS handling the sale of the apartments.
