The office building, which has a basement extending across the full site, was built in 1994 using the massive reinforced concrete construction method and has a total floor space of approx. 4,000 square metres across 6 floors. Metal cladding panels have been attached to the front and rear façade of the building. The individual floors have central gas heating and are equipped with aluminium frame windows with insulated glazing and external blinds. All parts of the office building are accessible through the main lobby on the ground floor, facing the street, from where stairs and an elevator lead to the other floors.
The floors have long hallways from where the individual offices are accessible. The restrooms have been located close to the staircase and are available for common use. While the hallways and offices are equipped with carpets, tiles are used in the restrooms and kitchenettes. The offices provide an amazing view. A beautiful front yard separates the entrance area from the street in front of the building.
